One-time service event, where Franchisees whose stores are located in HP Travel Zones 0-4 may elect to purchase Elite Care Services, whereby HP will dispatch an onsite Technician to deinstall Franchisee’s existing HP POS and install the new HP POS including, without limitation, installation of POS software. Installation request date is required a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to targeted installation date for best accommodation. HP will contact franchisee via email to schedule install date once they receive confirmation the POS package has shipped. *Zones are determined by store location and distance from HP designated support hub Contact the Subway Help Desk at +1-203-801-SUBS to inquire about zones. |
